Shipping, Return and Refunds policy

Shipping and Payment

  1. We currently ship all the products through our trusted delivery partners in India. At this moment, we do not have the option for international shipments.
  1. All orders are processed from our registered office in Delhi, India.
  1. Standard delivery time:
  • Depending on the products ordered, we strive to process your order between 10 to 12 business days. However, processing time may vary as each craftsman and artisan’s process is unique. We will keep you informed for any unexpected delays at our end.
  • Shipping time may vary depending upon the size of order and delivery destination. We shall let you know the expected delivery time at the time of placement of order.
  1. Shipping charges: Shipping within India is FREE for all orders above Rs. 1,000. For orders below this value, we charge a nominal flat fee of Rs. 100.
  1. Combining multiple orders: Once your orders are placed we cannot combine multiple orders due to regulatory and compliance issues. Shipping will be applicable on every new order (if it does not fall under the free shipping criteria).
  1. Maximum number of delivery attempts: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
  1. Accepted payment modes: We accept payments through all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), Debit cards and Net Banking (all major banks), Wallets and UPI.
  1. Cash/ Collection on Delivery: We do not provide Cash/ Collection on Delivery option currently for any of our orders.
  1. If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase or has been debited once but you haven’t received an order confirmation, write to us at along with the screenshots of the transaction details, and we will resolve it for you.
  1. In case of unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that we may not be able to fulfil your order. In such cases, you will be offered an alternate option / store credit / full refund.

Order Cancellation

  1. Given that these products are exclusively sourced from artisans based on your orders, we do not allow any cancellation post 24 hours of placing the order. In the event of any cancellation within 24 hours, refunds will be processed in the same form in which the original payment was received within a maximum of 7 to 10 working days.
  1. All cancellation requests are required to be sent from your registered email ID to Any cancellation request from an unregistered email ID or directed to email ID other than or after 24 hours from order placement time shall not be entertained.

Returns and Refund

  1. Returns are acceptable only in the event of any damaged or incorrect supply of products.
  1. Damaged or incorrect supply of products: It is our endeavor to provide you with a seamless experience on our website. In case a damaged or wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at ‘’ within 24 hours of receiving the products. Your email should contain the following details along with the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you:
  • Order number
  • Delivery address
  • Image of damaged or incorrect product
  1. Any requests received post 24 hours of receiving the product (i.e. as per the time confirmed by our delivery partner) shall not be entertained.
  1. Based on the above details, our customer support team will respond with the necessary process to be followed for returning the products. A pick-up of incorrect or damaged product will be initiated from our end.
  1. We will be happy to replace any damaged product(s) depending on availability of the ordered item(s). In case we are unable to replace your damaged product(s), we will arrange for a reverse pickup of your damaged product(s).
  1. We will make a maximum of three attempts for a reverse pick up. In the event a reverse pick up does not take place in three attempts, you will be responsible to courier the products back to us.
  1. All return products must be returned in original packaging along with product tags, etc. as received originally.
  1. On receiving back the product, our Quality Check team will verify the product against complaint received.
  • In the event of damaged products, we will process the refund in the same form in which the original payment was received. We aim to process all refunds within a maximum of 15 days of receiving back the product.
  • For any incorrect supply of products, we will try and fulfil the original order placed by you depending on the availability of the ordered items. In the unfortunate situation of either the products not being available or you do not want to continue with the order, we will process the refund as detailed above.
  1. Incorrect / Incomplete Shipping address: We are unable to offer refunds if we’ve been provided an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
